What is a Christian Nationalist?

A Christian Nationalist adheres to a political platform that advocates for Christian principles in government and law. We do not believe that separation of Church and State should mean that Christian values are suppressed simply due to their Biblical origin. To the contrary Christian Nationalism is a means by which we, as Christians, reassert our rights to live in a society which accurately reflects the will of God. We advocate for representative democracy, limited government, States Rights, Christian charity, the Three C’s and the Holy Bible as a blueprint for a lawful society.

What are the Three C’s?

The Christian Nationalist ideology is founded on the Three C’s:

  • Christianity
  • Culture
  • Capitalism

The Christian Nationalist Alliance believes that America can only be made great again by adhering to these virtues. We assert that our nation’s culture is built upon Christian values and the attempt to separate God from American life only serves the destructive element that has derailed America from it’s original intent. We see Capitalism as the best economic system to create and nurture the middle class so that they may be better capable of producing charity for those in need. The Marxist attack on Capitalism is similar to their attack on Christianity in that both are pillars of Western Civilization and be destroyed in order for the Communist goals to be achieved.

Through the Three C’s we seek to stop that destruction and return America to it’s rightful course.

Shouldn’t religion and politics be kept separate?

The Christian Nationalist Alliance’s position is not only no, but that it’s impossible to do so. What most people demand in separation of religion and politics is limited in scope to the Christian ideology. They have no issue with Atheists, Buddhists, Hindus or even Muslims speaking of their faith as a social catalyst. These groups are allowed to operate under an illusion of secularism in order to push America further away from our Christian origins. Meanwhile Christians are forced out of the political battlefield all together due to criticism of mingling our faith with our political beliefs.

We believe that a Christian can no more divorce his personal beliefs from his political platform than an Atheist can. Furthermore we consider it a blasphemous act to put the will of God aside for the sake of political correctness. For a Christian to partake in this secular masquerade is to compromise our values with a godless opposition who seeks the destruction of our culture. For a Christian this cannot be done. A Christian must be a Christian in all things. Whether he is a baker, doctor, laborer or politician. We must observe the mandate that our Savior Jesus Christ gave us and rise to the challenge in aspects of our lives. The only other solution would be to abandon politics all together which would be to sacrifice our Nation to the forces of evil.

Furthermore the Christian Nationalist Alliance upholds the belief that politics is just as capable of saving souls as other forms of Evangelical outreach. By pursuing Godly laws and examining our society through the lens of our faith we ensure that society will be safer for believers and non-believers alike. Our Savior has charged us with protecting our neighbors, how can we do that by ignoring the very systems which govern our nation?

Christian Nationalism is a necessity. Both for the individual and for society as a whole.

Isn’t nationalism a divisive ideology?

This is probably the most common objection we hear from Christians in regards to Christian Nationalism. What they fail to understand is that our faith is divisive in it’s very nature. We do not compromise with evil nor do we make systems of inclusion for those who threaten the strength of Christ’s church. To the contrary we are warned to remain vigilant against forces of evil in heavenly places. Those who feel divided by our ideology are those who feel threatened by our faith in general. We cannot define our beliefs in theory or practice by their fear.

All politics are divisive. Despite it’s secular nature American political platforms are deeply divided already. Identity politics are common in both the right and the left with divisions drawn along every conceivable line from economics to race. Unlike many of these positions Christian Nationalism does not seek to exclude anyone from American society but rather to heal the wounds that secularism has caused over the past three decades by returning to a system that is Biblically sound.

We cannot do that without Christ. Nor would we want to.
